NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated the 14 day of January, 2016, entered in the above captioned action, Case No. 14-CA-050906, I, LINDA DOGGETT, Circuit Court Clerk, will sell to the the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale beginning at 9:00 A.M. on April 14, 2016, at www.lee.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said final judgment, to-wit:
Lot 20, Block 43, Unit 11, Section 14, Township 44 South, Range 27 East, Lehigh Acres, according to the Plat thereof on file in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court recorded in Deed Book 254, Page 80, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
