NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated Jan. 14, 2016, and entered in Case No. 15-CA-050635 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CHASE HOME FINANCE LLC, is Plaintiff, and RICARDO MEJIA, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 am www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 16th day of May, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 55 in that certain subdivision known as Highland Estates, according to the map or plat thereof on file and recorded in Plat Book 17, Page 134, Public Records of Lee County. Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
