NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 2, 2015 and an Order to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale dated January 15, 2016 entered in Case No. 2014-CC-6047-SC, of the County Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein VENETIAN GOLF & RIVER CLUB PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff and ANDREW P. LOONEY, et al., are Defendants, Karen E. Rushing, Clerk of the Court for Sarasota County, Florida, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, on the 19th day of February, 2016 at 9:00 a.m., the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
Unit 22, SAN MARCO AT VENETIAN GOLF & RIVER CLUB, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium, recorded in Official Records Instrument Number 2003088992, and as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 36, Pages 7, 7A and 7B, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
Commonly known as: 193 Padova Way, #22, Nokomis, FL 34275.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
