THE CONDOMINIUM PARCEL KNOWN AS UNIT 203, BUILDING 10, TRIESTE II AT VASARI, A CONDOMINIUM (“CONDOMINIUM”), ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF (“DECLARATION”) RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3926, PAGE 0563, AND ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDIED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
