Unit Week No. 21 in Condominium Parcel Number 119 of TORTUGA BEACH CLUB, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof,recorded inOfficial Records Book 1566 at Page 2174 in the Public Records of Lee County, Florida and all Amendments thereto, if any.
pursuant to the Final Judgment of Lien Foreclosure entered in a case pending in said Court in the above-styled cause.
