NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Order Reconsidering Motion to Reschedule the January 13, 2016 Foreclosure Sale dated January 12, 2016 and setting the sale date as noticed herein, entered in the above-Captioned Matter of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein MSMC VENTURE, LLC is the Plaintiff and SYLVESTER C. ALLEN, MILDRED A. ALLEN and UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A JOSEPH D. HARTWELL are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 AM. or as soon as the sale may be had, in accordance with Section 45.031 of the Florida Statutes, on MARCH 3, 2016, the following described property:
LOT 25, BLOCK 48, UNIT 10, SECTION 19, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN DEED BOOK 252, PAGE 234, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property address: 1123 Williams Avenue, Lehigh Acres, FL 33936.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, IF ANY, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THIS SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS.
