NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 6th day of January, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 002375 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOAN SERVICING, LP is the Plaintiff and NORMAN E. CHESMORE AKA NORMAN CHESMORE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF NORMAN E. CHESMORE AKA NORMAN CHESMORE; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 11th day of February, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK L, SOUTH GATE RIDGE, UNIT 3, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGES 93 AND 93A, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
