NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 14, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2013 CA 003704 NC of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR NEW CENTURY HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2005-D, ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, is Plaintiff and LESLIE FARR, ET AL., are Defendants, the Office of Karen E. Rushing, Sarasota County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 A.M. on the 18th day of February, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 6, Block 426, 9th Addition to Port Charlotte Subdivision, a subdivision according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 12, Pages 21, 21A through 21S, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
