NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 22, 2015, entered in Case No. 2013 CA 004301 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank, National Association, as Trustee under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement dated as of February 1, 2007, GSAMP Trust 2007-NC1, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-NC1 is the Plaintiff and Baron K. Garriott; Constance T. Garriott; Citifinancial Services, Inc.; South Gate Community Association, Inc.; Unknown Tenant Occupant are the Defendants, that Karen Rushing, Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 19th day of February, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, BLOCK 105, SOUTH GATE, UNIT NO. 25, A SUBDIVISION AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE(S) 85, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
