YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for homeowners assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, VILLA DEL RIO HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., herein in the following described property:
Lot 37, VILLA DEL RIO UNIT FOUR, as shown on Plat recorded in Plat Book 40, Pages 43 through 47, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida. With the following street address: 9252 Santa Monica Way, New Port Richey, Florida 34655.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Joseph R. Cianfrone, Esquire, of Cianfrone, Nikoloff, Grant, Greenberg & Sinclair, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before 2/27/16, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
