TO: The UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, CREDITORS AND LIENORS OF THE ESTATE OF DENNIS D. ODOM, DECEASED, AND ALL OTHER PERSONS CLAIMING BY AND THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST DENNIS D. ODOM, and ALL OTHERS WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED of the institution of this action by the Plaintiff against you seeking to foreclose on the following described real property located in Pasco County, Florida, more particularly described, to wit
Lot 15 and the East 1/2 of Lot 16, Block F, CAPE CAY, Unit No. 3, a subdivision as per map or plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 7, Page 83, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida, together with a double-wide mobile home, identification numbers GDOCFL3738-10100A and GDOCFL3738-10100B.
and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses if any, to Chad T. Orsatti, Esq., Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 2925 Alternate 19 North, Suite B, Palm Harbor, Florida 34683, on or before 2/27, 2016, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
