NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 20, 2016, entered in Civil Case No. 51-2015-CA-002389 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein MELVIN D. SMITH, IF LIVING AND IF DEAD, THE UNKNOWN SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST MELVIN D. SMITH, DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY, DENISE DUVAL, JOHN DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION, AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION, are defendants, the Clerk shall sell the property at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on March 8, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lots 1, 2 and 3, Block 4, Cunningham Home Sites, according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 74, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
