NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 28, 2015, and entered in Case No. 51-2014-CA-003219-XXXX-WS, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein PENNYMAC CORP. is Plaintiff and MARIA DIPIERRO; GIUSEPPE DIPIERRO; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; THE OAKS AT RIVER RIDGE HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION INC.; are defendants. PAULA S. O'NEIL, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on the 29 day of February, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 15, THE OAKS AT RIVER RIDGE, UNIT ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 24, AT PAGES 17-21, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
