O'Neil, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Pasco County, Florida, will on the 22nd day of February, 2016, at 11:00 o'clock A.M., EST, via the online auction site at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, F.S., offer for sale and sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Pasco County, Florida, to wit:
Lot 5, Block 7, Magnolia Valley, Unit Four, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 10, Page(s) 149 and 150, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.

pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in a case pending in said Court, the style and case number of which is set forth above.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
