NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 51-2015-CA-000052WS of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein EVERBANK, Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, BENEFICIARIES AND ALL OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST PRUDENCE P. QUAGLIOZZI, DECEASED are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Paula S. O'Neil, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN AN ONLINE SALE ACCESSED THROUGH THE CLERK'S WEBSITE AT WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on February 29, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 2648, EMBASSY HILLS, UNIT TWENTY-THREE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGES 106 AND 107, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
