Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Pasco County, Florida, the Office of Paula S. O'Neil, Clerk & Comptroller, will sell the property situate in Pasco County, Florida, described as:
Lot 216, of COLONY VILLAGE, UNIT 1, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 9, at Page 137 and 138, inclusive, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida. TOGETHER WITH that certain 1984 BERH mobile home with ID # FLFL2BD463205163, which is permanently affixed to the real property.
in an electronic sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on March 7, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
