NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 51-2014-CA-002119-CAAX-WS of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., Plaintiff, and, JOE A. RAMIREZ; ROSEL A. RAMIREZ; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 et. al., are Defendants, clerk will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 11:00 A.M., on the 29th day of February, 2016, the following described property:
LOT 273, BEAR CREEK UNIT TWO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 19, AT PAGES 134 THROUGH 136, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
