NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated January 15, 2016, entered in Civil Case No. 51-2012-CA-000261 WS of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-16, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-16, Plaintiff and KATARZYNA MIODUSZEWSKI A/K/A K. MIODUSZEWSKI, ET AL. are defendant(s), Paul S. O'Neil, Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.pasco.realforeclose.com beginning at 11:00 a.m. on March 10, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:.
