NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 6 January, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2015CA000674 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Mary Girardin, as an Heir of the Estate of Suzanne G Gaski, deceased, Sally Gaski, as an Heir of the Estate of Suzanne G Gaski, deceased, The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Suzanne G Gaski, deceased, United States of America Acting through Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, are defendants, the Pasco County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on held online www.pasco.realforeclose.com: in Pasco County, Florida, Pasco County, Florida at 11:00 AM on the 24th of February, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
