Sakser, Spring Lake Estates Homeowners Association of NPR, Inc., United States of America, Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, Unknown Party #1 n/k/a Matthew Olsen, are defendants, the Pasco County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on held online www.pasco.realforeclose.com: in Pasco County, Florida, Pasco County, Florida at 11:00 AM on the 29th of February, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
