NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 6 January, 2016, and entered in Case No. 51-2013-CA-003987 WS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, National Association as Trustee for Structured Asset Mortgage Investments II Inc., GreenPoint Mortgage Funding Trust 2006-AR3, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-AR3, is the Plaintiff and Holiday Lake Civic Association, James J. Bodmann, Lucille Bodmann, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Incorporated as Nominee for Greenpoint Mortgage Funding, Inc., are defendants, the Pasco County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on held online www.pasco.realforeclose.com: in Pasco County, Florida, Pasco County, Florida at 11:00 AM on the 25th of February, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
