NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pasco County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pasco County, Florida described as:
Unit C of Building 3027, Gardens of Beacon Square Condominium No. 3, as described in the Declaration of Condominium of the GARDENS OF BEACON SQUARE CONDOMINIUM NUMBER 3, recorded in O.R. Book 538, Page 91, and in the Plat Book 10, Pages 82-83, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida. With the following street address: 4221 Tamargo Drive, New Port Richey, Florida 34652
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on February 29, 2016.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
