NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Directing Clerk to Distribute Third Party Sale Deposit and Reschedule Foreclosure Sale dated December 18, 2015, entered in Case No. 51-2014-CA-003988WS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and WOLF, AMY K.; The Unknown Spouse Of Thomas Wolf; Rent To Own Pasco Inc; Unknown Tenant(s) In Possession are the Defendants, that Paula O'Neil, Pasco County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 11th day of February, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2075, OF HOLIDAY LAKE ESTATES, UNIT TWENTY-ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, AT PAGE 28, 29 AND 30, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
