NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated January 20, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2015CA002120CAAXWS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO COUNTY, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is Plaintiff, and JENEANE RAMUNNO, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Paula S. O'Neil, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.pasco.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 10 day of March, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 3 of the unrecorded plat of SEA PINES SUBDIVISION UNIT FIVE, a portion of the South 1/2 of Section 14. Township 24 South, Range 16 East, Pasco County. Florida, being further described as follows: Commence at the Southwest corner of Lot 119. SEA PINES SUBDIVISION UNIT FOUR, as shown on plat recorded in Plat Book 9, Page 123, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida; thence run along South line of SEA PINES SUBDIVISION UNIT FOUR, South 89 degrees 36 minutes 01 seconds East, a distance of 86.94 feet; thence South 0 degrees 15 minutes 40 seconds West, a distance of 227.06 feet; thence North 89 degrees 49 minutes 43 seconds East, a distance of 512 for a Point of Beginning; thence continue North 89 degrees 49 minutes 43 seconds East, a distance of 64 feet; thence South 0 degrees 15 minutes 40 seconds West, a distance of 115 feet; thence South 89 degrees 49 minutes 43 seconds West, a distance of 64 feet; thence North 0 degrees 15 minutes 40 seconds East, a distance of 115 feet to the Point of Beginning.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
