NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated December 30, 2015, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-003146 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Green Tree Servicing, LLC, is the Plaintiff and Lisa Gorsuch, Robin Nixon, Karen Branum, Michael Stone, Stephen Stone, Warren Stone, Household Finance Corporation, III, Space Coast Credit Union f/k/a Eastern Financial Florida Credit Union, a Division of Space Coast Credit Union, Sun City Center Community Association, Inc., State of Florida, Department of Revenue, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 19th of February, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
