NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2015-CA-002731 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, Plaintiff and Richard Henry Odermann are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on February 18, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE SOUTH 92.5 FEET OF THE NORTH 537.5 FEET OF THE SW 1/4 OF THE SE 1/4 OF SECTION 7, TOWNSHIP 31 SOUTH, RANGE 20 EAST, LESS THE EAST 600 FEET THEREOF, AND LESS THE WEST 516 FEET THEREOF, SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
