BEING THE WEST 100.00 FEET ON THE EAST 203.13 FEET OF THE SOUTH 100.00 FEET OF LOT 17, TERRACE ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 22, PAGE 36 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN EASEMENT OVER, ACROSS AND THROUGH THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PROPERTY: THE WEST 100 FEET OF THE EAST 203.13 FEET OF THE SOUTH 154.00 FEET OF LOT 17, TERRACE ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 22, PAGE 36 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS THE SOUTH 100.00 FEET THEREOF
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of you written defenses, if any, to it, on McCalla Raymer, LLC, Brian R. Hummel, Attorney for Plaintiff, whose address is 225 East Robinson Street, Suite 155, Orlando, FL 32801 on or before JAN 25 2016, a date which is within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice in The Business Observer (Hillsborough/Pasco) and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demand in the complaint.
