NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the cause pending in the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, Case No. 15-CA-1433 in which, Plaintiff, and David King, Jr.; Unknown Spouse of David King, Jr., n/k/a Sandra King; Clerk of the Court; Capital One Bank; LVNV Funding, LLC; Lorie Deniece Byrd and Any Unknown Tenant in Possession, Defendants, and all unknown parties claiming interests by, through, under or against a named defendant to this action, or having or claiming to have any right, title or interest in the property herein described on the following described property in Hillsborough County, Florida:
Lot 3, Block 3, Sulphur Hill, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 8, Page(s) 27, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
a/k/a 1801 E. Skagway Ave., Tampa, FL 33604 (“Property”)
Together with an undivided percentage interest in the common elements pertaining thereto, the Clerk of Hillsborough County, will offer the above-referenced real property to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 14th of March, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com.
Any person claiming interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
