NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the cause pending in the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, Case No. 2014-CA-004861, in which U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee of SW REMIC Trust 2014-1, is Plaintiff, and Luis Martinez; Unknown Spouse of Luis A. Martinez; Yasleni Chinea; Bank of America, National Association; Kirby Creek, Inc.; Unknown Tenant #1 and Unknown Tenant #2, Defendants, the undersigned Clerk will sell the following described property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida:
LOT 3, BLOCK 5, KIRBY CREEK, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 54, PAGE 23, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
