NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 11, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-000054 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTER HOLDERS OF SAXON ASSET SECURITIES TRUST 2007-3 MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-3, is Plaintiff and RAFAEL TAMAYO, ET AL., are the Defendants, the Office of Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on the 25th day of February, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 112, BLOCK 8, TIMBERLANE SUBDIVISION, UNIT NO. 5, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 53, PAGE 45, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
