NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 30th day of December, 2015, and entered in Case No. 14-CA-009084, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and ANA SALDANA; JESUS SALDANA; UNKNOWN TENANT 1; AND ANY UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, CREDITORS, AND OTHER UNKNOWN PERSONS OR UNKNOWN SPOUSES CLAIMING BY THROUGH AND UNDER ANY OF THE ABOVE-CLAIMING BY THROUGH AND UNDER ANY OF THE ABOVE-NAMED DEFENDANTS are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 15th day of February, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE NORTH 30 FEET OF THE SOUTH 225 FEET OF THE WEST 210 FEET OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 26, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 21 EAST, OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS THE WEST 25 FEET FOR ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
