NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 12, 2015, and entered in 12-CA-001571 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC is the Plaintiff and DOLORES C. GINER A/K/A DOLORES GINER A/K/A DELORES C. GINER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DOLORES C. GINER A/K/A DOLORES GINER A/K/A DELORES C. GINER; BRUCE A. OWEN; CHRISTINA MICHELLE OWEN; BAY PORT COLONY PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC are the Defendant(s).
