NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated January 19, 2016, entered in Civil Case No. 2014-CA-004403 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE ACCREDITED MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2005-2 ASSET BACKED NOTES, Plaintiff and ARTHUR A. MARSHALL; CELLESTINA O. MARSHALL, CLERK OF COURT, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE are defendant(s), Pat Frank, Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on June 7, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:.
LOT 11 AND THE NORTH 22.85 FEET OF LOT 12, BLOCK 2, OF OAK HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 18 PAGE 50 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
