NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-018111 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as Trustee of WaMu Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-PR4, Plaintiff and Laqueata D. Donaldson a/k/a Laqueata Donaldson and Jermaine Donaldson, Wife and Husband are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on March 8, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK 4, HUNTINGTON BY THE CAMPUS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 57, PAGE 29, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
