Notice is hereby given that the undersigned, Clerk of Circuit Court, Charlotte County, Florida, will on the July 22, 2016, at 11AM, at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, of the Charlotte County Courthouse, Punta Gorda, Florida, offer for sale to the highest bidder for cash, the property located in Charlotte County, Florida, as follows:
LOT 22, BLOCK 3537, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 64, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 78A THRU 78E OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on June 21, 2016, in the above-styled cause, pending in said Court.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
