Rose, United States of America, Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, are defendants, the Charlotte County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, Charlotte County, Florida at 11:00 AM on the 17th day of August, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
