NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 20, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2016-CC-000752 AX of the COUNTY COURT OF THE TWELFTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein SILVER SANDS ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and KATHLEEN SHANLEY is Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, via the internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com , the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 11:00 AM, on the 18 day of August, 2016 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 235, SILVER SANDS, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 1984, Page 4436, and amendments thereto, and as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 32, Page 166, and amendments thereto of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida; A/K/A: 5841 Gulf of Mexico Drive, Unit 235, Longboat Key, FL 34228
A PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
