YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action has been filed to foreclose a mortgage on the described real property located in Manatee County, Florida:
Lot 9, Block A, CITRUS MEADOWS SUNDIVISION, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 26, Page 152, Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
and that you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Caridad M. Garrido, Esq., attorney for REGIONS BANK, an Alabama banking corp., whose address is 2100 Ponce de Leon Blvd., Suite 940 Coral Gables, FL 33134 WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE FIRST DATE OF PUBLICATION, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
This notice shall be published once a week for two weeks in the Business Observer.
