NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure date the 21st day of June, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2014-CA-004720, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein VENTURES TRUST 2013-I-H-R BY MCM CAPITAL PARTNERS LLC, ITS TRUSTEE, is the Plaintiff and ADAM WILLIAMSON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ADAM WILLIAMSON; ANNETTE WILLIAMSON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ANNETTE WILLIAMSON; RON FOSTER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RON FOSTER; RUNAWAY BAY CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are defendants. Angelina “Angel” Colonneso Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 11:00 AM on the 21st day of July, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
