NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 14, 2016, and entered in 2015CA003788AX of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE FOR THE PRIMESTAR-H FUND I TRUST is the Plaintiff and MICHAEL C. GREER A/K/A MICHAEL GREER; AMY L. GREER are the Defendant(s). Angelina Colonneso as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on August 09, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 24, SUNKIST ACRES, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 96, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
