NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment entered in Case No. 41-2015-CA-004295 in the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida, wherein, Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee, in trust for registered Holders of Long Beach Mortgage Loan Trust 2006-6, Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-6, Plaintiff, and, JOHN STEVEN LONG, et. al., are Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at the hour of 11:00AM, on the 21st day of July, 2016, the following described property:
LOT 16, BLOCK C, BROOKSIDE ADDITION TO WHITFIELD ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGES 33 THROUGH 36, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
