NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 21, 2016, and entered in Case No. 41-2015-CA-005454 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida in which Bank of America, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Holly Brown a/k/a Holly Houghton-Brown, Tom Brown a/k/a Thomas Brown, Summerfield/Riverwalk Village Association, Inc. f/k/a Summerfield Village Association, Inc., United Guaranty Residential Insurance Company of North Carolina, are defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 22nd day of July, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 84, BLOCK A-5, SUMMERFIELD VILLAGE SUBDIVISION, SUBPHASE A, UNIT 1, TRACT 301, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 28 PAGS 137 AND 138, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A/K/A 6415 GOLDEN LEAF COURT, BRADENTON, FL 34202
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
