NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 22, 2016, and entered in Case No. 412015CA002612CAAXMA , of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK, N.A., SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF BEAR STEARNS ASSET BACKED SECURITIES I TRUST 2007-HE1, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-HE1 is Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS , CREDITORS, DEVISEES, BENEFICIARIES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF DENNIS W. KELLY A/K/A DENNIS WAYNE KELLY, DECEASED; NICHOLAS C. W. KELLY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE NICHOLAS C. W. KELLY; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. ANGELINA (ANGEL) COLONNESO, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on the 26 day of July, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
BEGIN 50 FEET WEST OF THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 2, ORANGE GROVE PARK SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 15, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; THENCE SOUTH 90 FEET; THENCE WEST 50 FEET; THENCE NORTH 90 FEET; THENCE EAST 50 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. BEING A STRIP OF LAND 50 FEET WIDE NORTH AND SOUTH THROUGH THE CENTER OF SAID LOT.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
