Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on February 25, 2016, and the Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale entered on June 09, 2016, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Polk County, Florida, the office of Stacy M. Butterfield, Clerk of the Circuit Court, shall sell the property situated in Polk County, Florida, described as:
LOT 9 IN BLOCK 2 OF LEISURE SHORES, PLAT BOOK 46, PAGE 4 AND THAT PART OF LOT 10 IN BLOCK 2 OF LEISURE SHORES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT 46, PAGE 4, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA, BEING DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGIN AT THE NORTHWESTERLY CORNER OF LOT 10 AND RUN NORTHEASTERLY ALONG THE NORTHERLY LINE OF SAID LOT 10 A DISTANCE OF 37.5 FEET, RUN THENCE SOUTHEASTERLY, PARALLEL TO THE WESTERLY LINE OF SAID LOT 10, TO THE SOUTHERLY LINE OF SAID LOT 10, RUN THENCE SOUTHWESTERLY ALONG THE SOUTHERLY LINE OF LOT10 TO THE SOUTHWESTERLY CORNER OF SAID LOT 10, RUN THENCE NORTHWESTERLY ALONG THE WESTERLY LINE OF SAID LOT 10 TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
