Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure filed on the 9th day of December, 2014 and Order Scheduling Foreclosure Sale filed on the 15 day of June, 2016, and entered in case No. 2009-CA-000072 in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein THE HUNTINGTON NATIONAL BANK is the Plaintiff and ELYSE ALCE, COLLIER COUNTY, FEDERAL HOME LOAN BANK OF ATLANTA, A FEDERAL CORPORATION, JUBILATION COMMUNITY ASSSOCIATION, INC., JUBILATION HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC., MARYSE AUGUSTIN and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) A/KA/ NADEGE ALCE IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are the Defendants. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00 AM on the 18 day of July, 2016 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
LOT 41, JUBILATION SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 37, PAGE 4 THROUGH 7, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
