NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated June 2, 2016, and entered in Case No. 12-03220-CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which SRMOF II 2012-1 Trust, U.S. Bank Trust National Association, not in its individual capacity but solely as Trustee, is the Plaintiff and Domingo Martinez, Melida Martinez, Lely Civic Assn., Inc., Tenant # 1 also known as Jonathan Martinez, ET AL, are defendants, the Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 18 day of July, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
ALL THAT PARCEL OF LAND IN CITY OF NAPLES, COLLIER COUNTY, STATE OF FLORIDA, AS MORE FULLY DESCRIBED IN DEED BOOK 2647, PAGE 1965, ID# 67032120001, BEING KNOWN AND DESIGNATED AS LOT 16, BLOCK 13, PINEHURST ESTATES, FILED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 1.
