NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 23 May, 2016, and entered in Case No. 53-2013-CA-004980 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida in which Hsbc Bank Usa, National Association As Trustee For Deutsche Alt-b Securities, Mortgage Loan Trust, Series 2006-ab2, is the Plaintiff and Christopher Betterly, FIA Card Services, N.A., As Successor In Interest To Mbna America Bank, N.A., Patricia Betterly A/K/A Patricia B. Betterly, Unknown Spouse Of Patricia Betterly A/K/A Patricia B. Betterly n/k/a Phillip Moss, And Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under, and Against The Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) Who Are Not Known to be Dead or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim an Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or Other Claimants, are defendants, the Polk County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.polk.realforeclose.com, Polk County, Florida at 10:00am EST on the 22nd of July, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
