NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 20, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2016CA000167, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR FREDDIE MAC SECURITIES REMIC TRUST, SERIES 2005-S001 is Plaintiff and JEANNE G. JOHNSON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JEANNE G. JOHNSON; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; ENCLAVE AT NAPLES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; WILDWOOD LAKES COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. DWIGHT E. BROCK, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash ON THE THIRD FLOOR LOBBY OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, at 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES in COLLIER County, FLORIDA 34112, at 11:00 A.M., on the 18th day of July, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 18-303, ENCLAVE AT NAPLES, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM HEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3731, PAGE 2534, AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No.2.065.
