NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 24, 2016 entered in Case No. 11-2015-CA-001158-00 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR AFC TRUST SERIES 1999-2 is the Plaintiff and Claudius I. Knowles A/K/A Claudius Knowles; The Unknown Spouse Of Claudius I. Knowles A/K/A Claudius Knowles; Any and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under, and against the herein named individual Defendant(s) who are not known to be dead or alive, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, or other claimants; CFNA Receivables (MD) Inc. F/K/A Citifinancial, Inc. Successor by Merger to Washington Mutual Finance, LLC.; Gatehaven Townhouses Association, Inc.; Tenant #1; Tenant #2; Tenant #3 and Tenant #4 the names being fictitious to account for parties in possession, are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, Collier County Courthouse Annex, Third Floor Lobby, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 18th day of July, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
APARTMENT C, BUILDING F, GATEHAVEN TOWNHOUSES UNIT I, PHASE I, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 926, PAGES 1887 THROUGH 1947 INCLUSIVE , AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERE TO, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
