NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 09, 2016, and entered in 2015CA-004212-0000-00 of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE INC. is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF HELEN D. JUSTICE, DECEASED; TINA L. SHORT; RICHARD KEVIN SHORT; ROCHE SURETY & CASUALTY COMPANY, INC.; ANTHONY W. PENINGER A/K/A ANTHONY WAYNE PENINGER are the Defendant(s). Stacy M. Butterfield as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on August 09, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
